The OSU Women's team has been a part of the WCHA for a few years now...
if you click on the link for OSU, it clearly states : OSU Ice Hockey (Womens)

Ah. Missed that. Same with Bemidji. I didn't even know OSU had a women's team.

yea the W is likely the future home of MI once they send up thier womens team to D1 in a few years, and based on that its safe to assume that the rest of the big 10 womens hockey teams as they move up will fill in the w as well.
The womens games are a lot of fun to watch, its good, very good hockey.

yeah it's a little tricky the W just lists all the schools across the top and doesnt really separate the teams into womens and men's on the front page (alot of the WCHA schools have both). I don't think the OSU men's team is going anywhere, maybe if more CCHA schools had women's teams we'd see OSU women's hky in the CCHA. I'd love to see Michigan and some of the other CCHA schools have women's hockey.

as much as I have to agree with you about seeing womens hockey in the CCHA and that as part of BGSU's mens sports elimination to create a title Xi compliant school, they should have put in place a womans hockey team in lue of some of the others. That is however water under the bridge, and was poor planing.
The CCHA is going to loose out on womens hockey, but we can still watch some fine programs play with in reasonable distances.
