Movin' on up...

...to fourth place in the conference!!!!!!!!!!!

http://ccha.collegesports.com/

Thats right kiddies, your Falcons are now up to fourth place in the conference with 10 points, only one behind third place Nebraska-Omaha who has 11 points (and they've played two more games that we have (and have 2 more losses!)).

I am so giddy after seeing the way that we played tonight that I can hardly sit still. I'm actually thinking about making the boring drive to East Lansing this weekend to see us put a whoopin' on the Spurtins!!!!

FANTASTIC!!! The guys played their butts off last night, never let down and got a well deserved 3 points!!! Great momentum heading into next weekend!!! Next two weekends are HUGH!!!!! Would love to take 3 to 4 points both weekends, but we will have to be at our very best to do it. Michigan State is going to be out to prove themselves after getting thumped 5-0 in the tourney finals yesterday. They are, however, NOT the Spartans of old. They are not Ronnie's team any more! I say we take at least 3 points!!!

Michigan, however is another story! We will see how they bounce back when they play a home and home with Notre Dame this coming weekend. I would not be surprised to see Michigan sweep that one. I'm just glad we don't play them this coming weekend!!

Anyways....FANASTIC WEEKEND!!! :supz:

GO FALCONS!!
SWEEEEEEP THE SPARTANS!!!

How good is Miami(Oh) in hockey anyway? Just thought I'd ask. :D
Nice win finally by the hockey team. Sure got our hands full with Michigan St. up next. A tie in both games would be amazing.

Alright!! 3 points this weekend. Tough, 2 game series with Miami.

Michigan State and Michigan up next...BTW, Josh and I are going to the football banquet Sat at 4 and it should be over by 8 at the latest. FF, looks like we'll be heading over to catch the last half of the MSU game! Can we walk right in after the 1st intermission? 12/11...I sell 50/50 for Michigan.

7-3-2, 4-2-2 CCHA. Pretty darn good start to the season and with a little Falcon magic, could be really something with the next couple of series.

GO GREEN GO WHITE GO SUCK AN EGG!!!

GO HOCKEY.

Falconboy,
Miami has been a very solid team the last few seasons...a little down this year compared to the last few but still a very competitive team.

Since you obviously DON'T like Hockey, why don't you just stay away from this forum? Your comment: "Nice win finally by the hockey team" is idiotic. We are 7-3-2 overall and 4-2-2 in league and are in 4th place right now!! This is the best start we have had in a VERY long time. Regarding Miami, they were picked to be 4th in the preseason coaches poll, and 3rd in the media poll. They have had an incredible amount of injuries that have taken a huge toll on the team. The Miami team I watched this weekend was a very fast team that passed VERY well and played very hard. Those 3 points we got this weekend were EARNED!!!! And Michigan State is in 11th place right now. Why don't you either do your research before you come in here and spout your unwanted sarcasm OR as I titled this post....JUST GO AWAY!!!

Geez, I hate having a battle of wits with an unarmed person!!!!

Ok, so I was venting a little.... But come on!! I know anyone is welcome here, but it irritates me when he never has anything constructive to say, only sarcastic digs against the team. I apologize if I have ruffled any Falcon feathers. ....I am stepping down off of my soap box.....for now..... 8)
