Bye Week Notes and Presser

- As already posted JST was named the Papa John's Male Athlete of the Week. This is just within the athletic department. JST was also named a rookie of the week by the CCHA earlier this season.
- Home playoff series isn't impossible but it'd take a hell of an effort. We need to jump frog three teams: Northern Michigan, Ohio State, and UNO. We're 11 points away from UNO. Here's the 3 team's schedules this weekend:

Friday:
Ferris State at Ohio State
7:05 p.m. ET

Alaska at Northern Michigan
7:35 p.m. ET

Nebraska-Omaha at Notre Dame
8:05 p.m. ET

Saturday:
Ferris State at Ohio State
7:05 p.m. ET

This week's presser. The time of the presser this semester doesn't work with my schedule so I'm trying to set up a one-on-one time with Coach each week.

That's a long way to go to catch teams that have games in hand. UNO doesn't have games in hand but to get four more wins than them with 8 games left and the strength of our schedule seems unlikely.

I'm thinking we could go 4-4 on the homestretch at best. Just keep hoping for players to continue learning and developing. This is a rebuilding year (probably next year as well). A first round playoff victory would be nice.
