another part of the future has really taken root, and I will add that I think we are looking up, and ready for the playoffs.

I didn't have a good feeling coming into tonight. Notre Dame was swept by Western 2 weeks ago and I expected to see a team out for blood. Our underclassmen responded huge with our "energy line" stepping up big. I think tonight we finally saw the younger guys step into the roles they'll have to. Says a lot for our team and coaching staff to respond they way they did tonight.

My buddy looked over at me in the third when ND scored to go up and 3-1 and said the next goal would be the deciding factor in the game. And ever was he right as after we scored to cut it to one....this team got inspired....behind the play of that fourth line "ENERGY" line. Finegan, Vargas, Sinclair proved to be a spark to this team tonight with 2 goals. These guys are really coming into their own on the ice and providing a nice relief to Solway, JST, Petruska and Page when it comes to scoring. Also nice to see Pageau ring in a game winner. He had been in and outta the lineup recently so that has to be a big confidence boost for him and I think all in attendance could tell with his cele after the goal. This team played motivated and determined even though falling behind in the third.

On a final note this one goes out to the Seniors who got their first legit win against this Irish team in their four year career. Impressive and deserved to say the least. Now lets see if we can make some noise to finish the season and on into the playoffs.

FYI I won tickets to all the CCHA tournament games at the Joe when I won my chuck a puck in the second intermission.

what an amazing game!!! We played tough coming right out of the gate and came back against a really hard fighting team. 3 goals in less than 5 minutes on the clock phenomenal! 3-1 is always the most dangerous score in a hockey game and boy did our team prove that one! way to go!
let's get the sweep tomorrow!

That was a great game. Awesome to see the guys didn't give up. Getting goals from the 4th line is always a great sign in a game.

That is SO FAR up there as one of my favorite games at the Ice Arena. I'm a senior with those senior boys on the team and there is no team in the CCHA or NHL or anywhere I can't handle more than Notre Dame. To finally get that win had tears in my eyes by the end of the game. Finally.

Congrats, boys! You played hard!

We are now OUT OF LAST PLACE, thanks to the schuckeyes also beating the broncos!!!

Awesome game, guys!! SOOOO proud of this team...they NEVER gave up and they NEVER surrendered!!!
