Letter of gratitude for Dennis Williams
Letter of gratitude for Dennis Williams
Not knowing Willy's future, I was wondering if all would allow me to write a letter of gratitude for DW showing our continued support and gratitude for everything he did for our program. Naturally, I would post the letter before sending it to him. I would mail it and send it as an email. Would this be ok with everyone? (I can write pretty well

ABSOLUTELY!!! He would very much appreciate it. Obviously he's having a hard time right now, but he does appreciate the supportive emails that he's already gotten. Please do this...from ALL OF US!! I cannot begin to imagine how hard tomorrow night's banquet is going to be for that coaching staff....toddpav wrote:Not knowing Willy's future, I was wondering if all would allow me to write a letter of gratitude for DW showing our continued support and gratitude for everything he did for our program. "Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

By all means. He was the glue that held this program together this past year. Not one recruit was lost even though the program was in question and he had the interim coach tag on him. He is a quality guy and I appreciate what he and the his assistants did this past year. Willy is a stand up guy and will succeed somewhere as a head coach.

Excellent offer . . . DO IT !
That Staff is Deserving !
I would even suggest an informal gathering to wish them all well from the Fans, but I don't know how that could be coordinated, with lot's of people out of the area.
