He has actually mentioned playing for a team out of Troy, Ohio... I am teammates with his girlfriend so I have a pretty decent connection with him. That and I talk to him every once in a while.

So I take it his injury has mended well over the spring and he is still at it, thats great. Playing for the Bruins thats easy to catch.
I always have enjoyed watching him play. I first saw him back when he was skating with honey baked, then his brief stint with USA. He has all gifts to really make it. wish him well, there is little doubt his stint in Troy will be short.

Michigan was a lot faster than us and were quicker to the puck most of the night. They also had a size advantage but it was nice seeing the guys bang back and didn't let them push us around. We couldn't take advantage of the power play tonight, though Jordan Samuels-Thomas did score his goal on the PP. We finished 1-for-8 and UM was 2-for-4. Michigan is a talented squad and they took advantage of our youth and inexperience tonight. Eno looked pretty good in goal he made some nice saves. Two goals were on the PP and one was an empty net goal. Let's see what Andrew can do tomorrow night.

Friday's Wrap-Up
I've posted my recap over at http://bgsuhockey.wordpress.com/blog. In all honesty things could have been A LOT worse. Nick Eno single-handedly kept us in the game tonight. I honestly don't think any of Nick's goals fall back squarely on him. Our young guys saw what some of the best play like and that's something that's helpful early in the season.

Postgame Presser:

I would not say with his coach that the fourth line is a fall down ESP right now knowing that he is working on player position combinations. Even still I have seen teams where the fourth line has amassed more ice time per game than the fist it all just depends. And for us rght now it s about vying the guys who work best together it's going to be fin to see where it leads
