Last night's broadcast...

Post by BGFan »

I just read this on USCHO: Funny, I read that their radio announcers were already starting the "Hunwick is the weak link" mantra at the end of their game last night.

I never heard anything like that but I didn't listen to the entire end of the broadcast. Did anyone else hear this?

Actually Rick, I heard something along those lines. It was in the postgame show. They said something about if there was any weak link that Michigan might have, it would be Sean Hunwick in goal, or something along those lines. They certainly didn't mean it in any way as a slap at Michigan. They were just stating their opinions. IMHO :)

Trying to assess your next opponent is hardly a "mantra" and is the normal thing to do after a game. Especially since there IS a next opponent! :D

We have the best goalie but hopefully he does not have to face 40-50 shots a game. Louie Caporusso is out for UM so this will help somewhat. I really think we have a chance in this series. They won't have played for almost 2 weeks and are missing one of their best players. Are the students at UM on spring break? Game is on Comcast. Can we get that here in BG or surrounding areas, Waterville, Maumee etc?
