from the BG Sentinel -

Scott Zacharias, who leads the Central (Ontario) Junior Hockey League in goals-against average and save percentage, has verbally committed to play at Bowling Green next season.
He has a 2.36 goals-against average and a .923 save percentage in 37 games for the Pembroke Lumber Kings. He’s 31-3-1 with six shutouts and faces an average of 29.9 shots every 60 minutes.
Zacharias is 6-foot-3, 180 pounds and turned 21 last week. He’s from Winnipeg, Manitoba.
He’ll be BG’s third goalie next season and could push Nick Eno and Andrew Hammond for the No. 1 job next season. Eno will be a senior in the fall, while Hammond will be a sophomore.
The Falcons have seven recruits for next season, five forwards, one defensemen and one goalie.
BG also has a commitment from goalie Wyatt Galley, who will join the Falcons for the 2011-12 season. — GORDON

Sorry gang. Obviously I didn't catch the date as it was on the same page with all current BG stuff (FB practice, WBB in Cols, etc) and although I support hockey, don't follow as close as you all. . . . thought I found a nugget to share and it's old news. My apologies.
