BEAT MIAMI!!!

Post by TG1996 »

Would have been amazing to win a CCHA title, but beating Miami(OH) would be a nice door prize.

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Absolutely. A win would be a great way to end the tournament and the season.

As coach B said in the presser - "we will show up to play", however I gotta feel that our kids will be GASSED!! Win or lose:

1) VERY proud of our young men!!
2) VERY much looking forward to next season!!
3) WILL be listening and blogging same as last night.
4) WILL be heading to the bookstore to get some additional t-shirts. :D (Need one Ryan?)

Peace & Grace to all and hoping for a real quick off-season!! (If anyone has a list of recruits - please provide - Scott Z's dad advised that we have some real "snipers" coming in. Give me something to do as I pass the time. )

Recruits for next year: https://spreadsheets0.google.com/spread ... l=en&gid=1

Scroll down till you see Bowling Green's section. From what I've seen so far the biggest pick up is going to be Ralfs Freibergs. He's an offensive defenseman from Latvia. He's got 35 points in 50 games this season. He's got a right-handed shot so he would make a perfect candidate for a good power play QB. We haven't had that in a long time.

I'll be running the Live blog again this afternoon. Todd and I are heading up about 1pm. Hopefully we have another good showing by the Falcon faithful but I am expecting a small turnout.
