Hey everyone. I know it is still a couple weeks away, and we have to take care of business with Colgate first, but I want everyone that reads this to make sure they buy a ticket (or two) for the two Ohio State games. I am a student at BGSU and I just wanted to let eveyone know that this home series is going to be HUGE! Won't exactly say why, but I think all of the alumni and all Falcon hockey fans will be very excited to see. We defeated OSU last year and with everyone's support, they will surely do it again! See you at the arena!

Who is going to see Bowling Green woop on the Buckeyes this weekend? I sure am!

I despise Ohio State men's ice hockey. There's no other team I despise more. Actually, I have to say I don't despise another team at all. Sure, Miami is thuggish, but I don't despise the team. We've had trouble beating Notre Dame, but I don't despise those guys, either. Beat the nuts out of the Bucks!

That's exactly what I like to here. How about we show those damn Buckeyes how to play real hockey. The Falcons have the advantage after what happened last year, and I feel like we could open up our league play with a pair of wins.

Will be at the Sat night game...hoping we crush the nutz back to back nights!

Never rely on past success to predict an upcoming game. With hockey ANY team can win ANY game. I'm cautiously optimistic, but if the Falcons think that the schmucks are intimidated by our success last year, they will get their azzes had to them. Remember that those two overtime shootout wins (and YES, I know it's NOT technically a WIN, but they sure felt like it!!) were the beginning a a LOOOOOONG streak of losses for them. They are going to want a little revenge for that. I expect two hard fought games!!

You are 100% correct, but they don't look any better than we do goin into this game. Honestly, we both look about even. This series is going to come down to special teams, goaltending, and if the Falcons can solve thier great defense. I still feel a pair of Falcon victories coming on... SWEEP THE BUCKEYES!!!
