Three games into the tournament, he's not seeing a lot of ice time but he has dressed for all three games so far:

Also, as far as I can tell he's the only ACTIVE college player in the tournament. The US does have four players who played in college this past year but have turned pro since the end of the season.

I think the NCAA is ok with these tournaments as long as the player receives no compensation. In fact, I'm pretty sure he had to pay his own way to get there.
