Falcons win the first game 2-1!!

Very intense game! SOOOOO proud of the boys!

WIN GAME 2!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

First period looked pretty shaky, thought we were lucky to get out of that period with the lead.
Very strong from 1st intermission onward.
That line of Berkle, Dufour and DeSalvo might not appear on the score sheet tonight, but they were beasts!
(just remembered DeSalvo did get an assist on that PPG, but that doesn't change a thing...that line was SICK)
Du hockey comme dans le temps!

I was trolling...er, scrolling through the Tech thread on USCHO. One of their posters posted this earlier in the week:

NAILED IT! :-D :supz: \:D/ =D>

Grand Rapids is a quaint little town....or it was when my parents and grandparents lived there. A great deal of the town's self image is tied up in worshiping this ...interesting...sculpture built by Alexander Calder in the late 60's or early 70's.

I hocked a loogy on it when I was a kid and almost got grounded by my grandmother as a result.
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

After going and doing some reading, I sure wish I was able to make the games (damn this work). There's definitely some trolling to be had.
