Miami Bandwagon

Post by Freddie »

Let's see. Our buddies from Oxford finish dead last in their new conference.
Then they knock off the regular season champions (St Cloud) in their tournament quarterfinals.
Then they thump North Dakota in the semis, advancing to the championship game.
They're still 4or5 games below .500, yet playing today for the right to advance to NCAA's.

Should we be jumping on the Redskin (oops) Redhawk bandwagon?

Nope, can't do it.
Hope they get slaughtered, destroyed, humiliated and infested with a flaming case of crabs and hemorrhoids.

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Dear Abby:
I find myself curiously aroused at the prospect of squeezing Poltergeist's nipples with red-hot vise grips.
Would you consider this just some harmless, mental dalliance; or should I seek professional help?

Dear Rico B.:

Nipple play and fantasies about nipple play are perfectly normal (although I'd forgo the "red-hot" part, vise grips are fine if both parties agree. Just make sure you have an agreed upon safe word.)

Happy squeezing!

I admit I rooted for the Midwestern Ivy during the national championship game. One of my excuses is I had a niece there at the time. She was in the marching and hockey pep bands.

That must have been before I concluded that Miami was a team of thugs. Remember that brawl at BG after one of our guys took a feather to their goalie? I didn't notice at the time, but YouTube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TyLZDGuE2M shows that the goalie never left his feet.
