Ohio teams realize importance of in-state rivalries

Junior Sam Jardine, assistant captain of the Scarlet and Gray, appreciates and enjoys the in-state rivalries, and will continue to do so this weekend.
“It keeps the rivalry fresh,” Jardine said. “It's always a fun place to go in and play. An old barn, a good student section, and short drive down the highway so we're excited to play them.”

All I have to say at this point is our athletic staff are a bunch of hacks when it comes to dealing with large crowds. The wife and I showed up at 5:45 to buy tickets so we could go out to dinner then come back. We're told tickets don't go on sale till 7. Of course, restaurants are packed and we get back at 7:45. Line is out the door, staff is overwhelmed, and we'll probably be stuck out here until the 2nd period.

I hope this doesn't have to do with the fact our tickets go through Ticket Master now.

That is just silly. Have to have walk up tickets available on site if not starting at 9am at th least 3 hours prior to start of event.

Found out afterward that tickets are available all day at the Stroh. Really?! Because that makes sense!
Might have forgotten the ineptitude had we won, but now I'm stewing about both the loss and the ticket debacle.
