Toronto Jr. Canadiens rookie defenceman Matthew Ferrari (photo credit - Jay Johnston/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the Bowling Green State University Falcons beginning with the 2015 or 2016 WCHA season.
The 17-year old Toronto, Ontario native made his OJHL debut last season as a 16-year old affiliate from the Toronto Marlboros Midget 'AAA' program, playing five regular season and three post-season contests. Thus far this season, the rookie has impressed many, currently sitting second among rearguards on the club in scoring with 16 points in 38 games played.
