Complete and utter crap. Game winning goal went off a player on the BG bench. The 2 on 1 should have been whistled before it got to the blueline.

Why do the refs seem to have a real hard on against BG this season?

Decent effort. Poor result. Two games in a row with a defensive breakdown in crunch time for the loss. I feel like our defense is really good, but these late game disasters can't keep happening.

Not a great night from Burke either. Wonder if he gets a shot to bounce back Saturday night. I don't think it'd be a bad idea, but I bet Nell gets the start.

Refs were awful. Missed so many calls, puck in the netting on our end they didn't whistle dead, the roughing right in front of one ref. Easily should have called some penalties during the fisticuffs multiple times on either team. Just pathetic

The officiating is getting worse as the season goes on.

It is not all referees it is mostly former ferris state alum Keith Sergot. You can notice him with his smug face and the number 7 on his back. He does everything he can to not have to talk to Coach Bergereon.

If I remember timelines accurately, I think they played against each other. I'm not 100% confident in that. I know their years played is close.

They overlapped for one season: Bergeron's senior year, Sergot's freshman.

A 4-3 loss as Falcons give up THREE goals in 3rd period.
First time I've had a chance to even listen to hockey this year... But i'll raise this question to those who follow much more closely.... Is there a problem with team's conditioning? Seems like nearly all of games over past 3-4wks or so, they've given up leads, including tonite.

OPINIONS? :-k

Team looks mentally and physically worn out. I don't think they'll end up making the tournament since they have no more margin for error the next two weeks. They likely will draw Ferris or NMU in the league playoffs which will be no easy feat.

This was game 16 in the last 8 weeks. There is no bye week in the second half of the season.
