Goalie News from the NHL Draft

Ryan Bednard got drafted by Florida, 25th in the 7th round - 205th overall.

Ottawa looks like their making a commitment to Andrew Hammond (at least as their backup goalie). After giving him a new three year contract last month they traded away Robin Lehner at the draft. That clears up the three headed goalie monster they had at the end of the season. Now they've got Hammy, Craig Anderson and two 21 year olds in the minors/Europe.
