BG at WMU 10/13

Big mid-week game tonight as the Falcons play their 3rd game in 5 days to open the season. The Broncos are 1-0-1 after defeating Ferris State 3-2 and tying them 1-1 in the second game of their series. Tonight's game is available on NCHC.TV and via online radio stream through the BG athletics website.

GO FALCONS!! Playing 5 games in 8 nights to start the year....that's gotta be rough with the travel time as well.

And the one major flaw is being exposed by an average team.............................How about somebody play a little defense.

Down 2-0 after the first. We need to get shots on net and NOT have them get blocked. Not really sure what to make of the game so far since I am not watching it.

first goal was a breakaway second was thru 5 hole from nells left at the sidewall. not a good goal. defense has been shaky and we are not giving hafner anything to make him work.

Down 3-0. Cannot score on the PP, bad defense, cannot get offense going, and when we do we get our shots blocked. Hopefully we get into our grove on the PP soon, and we can figure out how to handle defensive situations.

We have plenty of opportunities on the power play...we are 0/6...7th one coming up. NEED A GOAL!
