End of the first and BG is down 1-0. Tech scored 22 seconds into the game. Have to start shooting the puck. Especially on the powerplay. Don't think they even attempted a shot on the last one, despite more than 90 seconds of zone time.

I haven't gotten up to speed yet on hockey...but what the heck is going on? Are they reading their press clippings too much? Hope they get in gear...

This series is a tell tail sign of BG this weekend. After two ties AT HOME against arguably the worst team in the WCHA figure they would come out with some urgency that hasn't happen.

This power play is tough to watch.

I was thinking about buying a WCHA.tv day pass, since there's some pretty good matchups all around the league. But frankly, I don't want to spend $10 to watch a highly-talented Falcon team give a half assed effort that looks like they'd rather be at the bars downtown than on the ice. This offense needs to step it up, and if .0002 or whatever didn't motivate them, I don't know what will.

C'mon, guys! Let's have some goals!

We get swept, I'm adjusting my outlook to hoping to finish in the top four and host a first round WCHA series.

BG has typically played stronger the second half of the season, however GOOD TEAMS don't wait till January to play good.

Nell is playing well, seems to be the only one motivated for ice time. With all of our offensive depth, it is embarrassing that we can't score. If we keep playing like this, I am worried about getting home ice.

Congrats to Jamie Phillips for breaking the MTU record for shutouts though, he played a great game.

Did we expect to much from this team and last year being so close was a fluke? Makes you wonder...................................................
