Great hockey discussion by the board this week....lots of good insight and thoughts from several different members.

Beating Miami would be a big win....they obviously are having a down year, but they are a young team who have the potential to make a second half run. If we can beat them and they knock off some good teams down the line it would be a big Pairwise boost. Ohio State has helped us a little the last couple weeks and Miami would do the same.

whatever happens the rest of the season...just crush Miami State and I will be hockey happy. that is all.

This team is underachieving....period.

Tough one....team just needs to keep home ice in the first round. Playoffs are all that matters.

I was at the game. I would say that we played causal at times. Miami got some energy once they tied the score. I think Freak hit the nail on the head.

Yup. Out of conference games do not matter anymore. We just need to win the WCHA tourney.

Beating the school down 75 matters....and we can't seem to win there no matter what. I thought this team would play like their hair was on fire this year and hope to see that happen yet.
