Did you know the WCHA has a winning % of .287 in non-conference games? The conference is almost certainly a one bid league. I joke about it being bad, but that is really bad. Bemidji got swept by a winless Princeton team last weekend and really dropped in the rpi.

Michigan Tech probably is the best team at this point....Bemidji will start dropping back a little bit, and Tech will catch them eventually.

Outside of winning 15-20 games in a row, we have almost no chance an at large. Our SOS is 48th out of 60 teams currently and likely we will only have 3 series left against teams in the top 30 of the country. (Bemidji, Tech and Minnesota State).

Team needs to go on a run....with our schedule our record should be much better.....have to play catch up the next couple months.

Agreed. With our OOC performance and the conference being really weak overall, I don't see a path to the tournament outside of the automatic bid unless they pretty much win out.

I don't often agree with Apollo, but he's spot on here, and I'll take it even a step further;
The remainder of the regular season is of NO consequence for us, OTHER than to build momentum and confidence for the conference tournament. Our ONLY path to the NCAAs is to win the WCHA tourney and get that auto-bid.
When you consider how weak the rest of our schedule is, how poorly we preformed in our non-conference games, how poorly the rest of our league has fared outside of conference, and where our rpi/pwr now stand, there's not a snowball's chance in hell of an at-large bid.

That said, I also agree with pdt1081...keep winning, and we keep playing.
