@ Tech (12/1 & 12/2)

Tech weekend. A split would be really good. That may be a tall order as the Huskies picked up 5 points in Mankato last weekend and may have finally started to turn it around after going winless in October.

Things about to get dirrrrty this weekend.

Tech seems to have turned things around after a slow start. I'll definitely take a split.

Weekend will be nothing short of interesting. These two teams have never liked each other for some reason.

Patriks Marcinkevics was still enrolled at Tech. With how many people think Eigner is in a "win now" situation, perhaps that is explored while Eigner is in town?

We survived the first period. 0-0. One PP aside. They had a lot more o-zone time than we did though I thought we defended pretty well. Each side had a couple of decent chances. They outshot us 2-1.

I have to turn the volume off when I watch games in Houghton.

Scrum in the corner, we were turning to break out and left a dude wide open in front when they got control of the puck. Moore had zero chance. Played a little better that period but down 1-0.

Santa Juana scores to even it up. We can't score on a late PP so 1-1 after 3 and we earn at least a point. PP improved in that we didn't give up a shorty. On to OT.

Did Logan Pietella score their goal? Not sure that's who they said the first 10 times they mentioned it....

Damn fine day in the TUPD household. Our first grandchild was born this morning and this evening I get to dine on the sweet, sweet taste of Tech tears. Yeah, I've been drinking. More than a few. Hope to come back strong tomorrow (both me and the team). Later.

Congrats!

Nice to see hockey bouncing back a bit. I gave up on these guys early but they’ve played well of late.

A lot of people were all too eager to give up on them, rather quickly. It's alright though, the wagon will come back around.
