don't forget that if you have multiple email addresses you can vote via them also - I vote 3 times a day - First place and holding strong! This guy deserves Hobey Baker!

I voted at home 4 times, from all of my AOL alias accounts. Well my company has over 800 employees. Wonder if I could post a memo asking for everyone to vote for him. That would really help things out.

What I dont understand is this. BG has 18,983 students. What would it take to just tell every student to go to the student union or any computer lab for that matter, create an email account or use their student email account and vote just once. Every vote counts.

So are you complaining even though Jordan's winning or do you just want to see a huge blowout. Either way it doesn't matter, this is just part of the equation to get in the top 10 for the final voting.

After this preliminary vote every head hockey coach in Division I receives one ballot. Coaches pick the top three players in their league and the top three players in the nation (two separate rankings, three players each; a player may be listed in both places, and a coach can vote for his own player) and then the top ten candidates are named.

This top ten advances to the Selection Committee, which decides the eventual winner from the top ten. This committee is composed of print media, electronic media, NHL scouts, and the American Hockey Coaches Association (college hockey coaches). Its members are spread out among the hockey-playing section of the United States. The committee also includes an individual from USA Hockey

Just a thought here... the integrity of the results is compromised by people voting with a hundred dummy addresses. I don't know if the committee tracks that sort of thing or not, but it won't look good for Jordan (or Jonathan, or Unger, or Matsumoto) if most of his votes came from dummy addresses.

They're not *totally* dummy addresses, though, since you have to access them to get the confirmation code. I see what you're saying, but trying to track that would likely be more headaches than its worth, and probably something they considered before opening the voting up to fans.
