As reported in today's Sentinel Tribune:

Forward Brandon Svendsen has verbally committed to play at BGSU next season. He's currently playing for the Cedar Rapids (Iowa) RoughRiders in the USHL. He has 15 goals and 15 assists in 43 games, two short-handed goals, and an on-ice rating of +14.

He's 5-11 and 170 lbs. He's from Roseville, MN and was recruited by Miami, Minnesota, Minnesota State-Mankato, and St. Cloud.

As a former RoughRider I look forward to our third CR player in a BG uniform (Erik Eaton, Chris Pedota).
