Which of course means there's a decent chance he could end up playing with his brother again.BG65 wrote:Jonathan Sigalet is the 100th pick in Nhl draft to Boston
I don't follow the NHL real close but what does this mean:TG1996 wrote:Which of course means there's a decent chance he could end up playing with his brother again.BG65 wrote:Jonathan Sigalet is the 100th pick in Nhl draft to Boston![]()

Jordan was the Bruins' 7th round selection in 2001, their sixth pick of the draft, and the 219th player taken in that year's draft.kdog27 wrote:I don't follow the NHL real close but what does this mean:

brainfarts happen. I was wondering more about the "confusing a non-hockey fan" part. The NHL draft is certainly no more confusing than say, the MLB draft where they're also drafting guys that may not play for you for 3 or 4 years, if at all, and MLB's draft has like 273 rounds to it.kdog27 wrote:I had a brainfart, is my explanation.
Unfortunately, that also means more of a chance that he'll leave early.TG1996 wrote:Which of course means there's a decent chance he could end up playing with his brother again.BG65 wrote:Jonathan Sigalet is the 100th pick in Nhl draft to Boston![]()

Not necessarily. Jordan hasn't even signed with Boston yet, though that may happen soon. He also could get traded just as quick, as often happens in the minors, where Jordan expects to begin his pro career. I would be surprised if Jonathan left early; much will depend on how this year goes for him and the team as a whole.pdt1081 wrote:Unfortunately, that also means more of a chance that he'll leave early.TG1996 wrote:Which of course means there's a decent chance he could end up playing with his brother again.BG65 wrote:Jonathan Sigalet is the 100th pick in Nhl draft to Boston![]()

You mean they've pared it down from 334 rounds?TG1996 wrote:The NHL draft is certainly no more confusing than say, the MLB draft where they're also drafting guys that may not play for you for 3 or 4 years, if at all, and MLB's draft has like 273 rounds to it.
