Well with Hockey being back, and I found a treasure...

Post by MACMAN »

Well Hockey is back in BG after long absence. This year should be great and I am looking forward to all the games.
That said while sorting through some old "junk" I found two treasures...one maybe more so than the other....
The one is a George McPhee stick....signed by all the Falcons...who played against the 1980 US olympic team...the stick is not however signed by all the of the Olympic team players...just the two that mattered to this kid...Ken Morrow and Mark Wells, as well as the majority of the Falcons.
So what do you think it would be worth on e-bay....Its in the same condidtion it was after that game, glove prints and damaged blade...I am not gona dump it...but I am curious as to what its value may be?

You contact me if you're thinking of selling it and we can discuss a price over a Myle's pizza. I'd love to have that stick up in my office and show it off to potential students.

I work in the Office of Admissions. I deal with Scott when he has a transfer student or in reviewing the Canadian kids academic transcripts.

Just don't sell them without giving me an opportunity to buy them first. I have lots of BG paraphanalia in my office (Motor City Bowl jersey, football helmet, autographed football, 1924-30 Key yearbooks, stuffed Freddie with a beanie, 1930-40 pics of the campus, etc...). Even have a Paul Ysebart pic hanging up on the wall to my left.
