Brian Moore - Right Defense. Currently plays for the Bozeman Icedogs of the NAHL. It looks to me like he's probably a recruited walk on, but I may be wrong.
Bozeman is currently in first place in their league and Brian has 3 goals and 10 assists in 32 games.

I am not sure that I like his

ranking.
I like his size 6' 1" 205,
We need some beef to replace Jon Sitko and Donnie Morrison.
I figure that we will get another fwd and another goalie.

That's why I figured that he was a recruited walk on, similar to Ralph. I'm sure, however, that the coaches know what they're looking for and probably like something that they saw in him.

I trust Ron's eye for talent.
Jon Ralph as a recruited walk on is a coup.

Another FWD, another 1st string goalie?
next year D-men
Senior
Bronson
Jr
Nesdill
Hodgson
Soph
Sinkewich
Schmidt
Ralph
Maxwell
Freshman
Moore

I'm probably wrong here, but I thought Maxwell burnt a year of eligibility by transferring from Maine, which would place him as a junior as well.

You have five years to complete four seasons. So in most cases, you won't lose a year of elligibilty while you're sitting out your transfer year.
As long as Maxwell didn't redshirt at Maine (injury or whatever) he'll have three years at BGSU (if he opts to take all three, that is).

He'll be here for his full 3 years.

According to that 'cheisenber' website that Puckhead linked us to earlier on this thread Maxwell is "eligible September 06 as a JUNIOR"

Correct. He has to sit out (NOT redshirt) his Sophmore season because he transferred. The complete 4 years of eligibility in 5 years is for redshirts (injury, on team but don't play, etc....)

Year wise, yes...play wise no.
On the roster he'll be listed Jr./So.
