A few observations from my vantage point at ice level last night:
-Pooch: NOT HAPPY in between periods. Walked right by my seat and wouldn't even look up. Oh to be a fly on the wall in the locker room.
-Jimmy: flashes of brilliance- NHLesq save on a two on one. Looked at my wife and son and we just shook our collective heads. This kid has what it takes, let's just hope we continue to see it.
-the FFM line. For all of you "old-timers", (yes, that is you FF ) remember the days when we could put three lines like this on the ice at any time? Man for those days to come back. I think they could.
-D: too many defensive zone turn-overs and way too many transition foo-pahs.
-Ticket prices: $17.00 a pop!!!!! Man, I hope Yost isn't that expensive.

You don't actually want to hear what's said in there. I was curious about it myself back in the day. Then I found out that I really didn't want to know.

Yost will be worse. I have no idea what their prices are now, but I paid $22 for a game back in 1997. I can't imagine ticket prices have gone down

I'm actually told Pooch only uses a raised voice when neccesary. I think last night may have been one of those nights.

Michigan reserved tix are $25

They were 16 bucks last year at Yost.
