Just as long as we can get a fair seed in the tourney if we make it I'll be happy. Like Coach Miller said on the pregame tonight, it's really just a nice feather in the cap. The real accomplishment is winning out. I will be upset if we get pinned with a 12th or 13th seed if we win out though!
I see your Swartz is as big as mine!

Of note last evening, #24 St. John's got obliterated by Marquette and #18 BYU was destroyed by Utah as well. Both losses coupled with BG's win last night, likely puts BG closer to, if not already in the top 25 for next week.

Awesome -- a tough win at Muncie might do the trick then. And it will be a very tough win. I watched Ball State play Ohio on TV a week or two ago, and they are a good team. They're actually pretty similar to us, but with less talent.

The have a crazy and fast point guard that likes to attack and plays very good on-ball D. She plays a lot like Achter, but she's not as talented...plus she has some major sideburns. They also have a wing that looks a ton like Carin, but with a sweeter stroke from outside and not as tough inside. They are well-coached, play very hard, and will be geeked to have us come into their gym. We need to play well to win this game. We can't sleepwalk through a half and expect to comeback so easily against this team. This ain't Toledo or Northern.

Other than Kent, this is the other "loseable" game before the tourney.
