This was a tough game. It probably wouldn't have been close if not for the illness situation, we really need our girls to get well. Amber really stepped up today with Carin out of the lineup, that 8-10 line was impressive, only a basket away from a double double. Ali had another solid game today, dropping in 20.

This win today gave us the MAC regular season championship, and there's now only 40 minutes separating us from an undefeated conference season and a just-about-damn-near-assured trip to NC's. Obviously I can't guarantee anything because the people who run the polls and the people who going to be on the selection committee have been sending mixed messages, but I think a win in Oxford next Wednesday clinches it for us. Does anybody know if that 27-3 Gonzaga team that got left out last year went undefeated in the WCC? If they were, then I have reason yet to sweat.

As we should have all learned by now -- always sweat -- if someone gets the shaft it's ususally a "mid-major" and the MAC is a card-carrying member. Elinimate the "committee" and get it done on the court ladies!

Amen. Like I s aid before -- I don't trust those bastards.

That win yesterday was one of the most impressive of the season so far. On the road against a talented young team with half the team wretching at halftime. Very gutty performance.
