I was told to post this.

It's the same article you've all read already, but I didn't want to feel the wrath.
A very good read.

FM, I said those exact words when I finished reading the article! LOL. Indeed...awesome to see the team getting the pub for hard work and success. The quotes from the Duke and ND coaches are very positive.factman wrote:What a GREAT article!!!

I'm confused:
It was the 2002-2003 team that went 12-16.
At any rate, there were two great things about the '03-'04 team. One was Lindsay Austin's last second shots at the tournament - still my favorite moments at the Gund/Q. The other was that I think we all knew that the next three years would be VERY special.
This class would have gone 21-10 their first year. The experience that Goestenkors mentioned is a starting lineup that includes four seniors and a junior. They have been an integral part of the Falcons' transformation under Miller, who's in his fifth season as BG's head coach. The senior class has progressed from winning 12 games as freshmen to a 25-3 campaign this season (Miami visits for the regular-season finale on Wednesday).
