Ohio State Will Be Short Handed

Post by Rollo83 »

The Buckeyes suspend two seniors, including the two-time Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year. If we meet up in the WNIT, they won't play for the Buckeyes.

They sure didn't sound to bad tonight. Let's hope the girls clean their clocks on Sunday.

Unfortunately, OSU still has a 6'5" center, a bad matchup for us inside. Hopefully, we'll get a max. performance on the boards...we'll need it.

The big thing is getting our players to box out on the inside and try to get some over the back calls so we can get the center in foul trouble from the very beginning. I think Ohio State is definitely a beatable team if we can do that. GO BG!

Getting Lavender in foul trouble early is key. We also need to be lights out from 3 land. Hopefully with our added quickness in the backcourt with Nurse we can keep them off balance and run uptempo keeping OSU from getting set in their defense.
