Who wins the east, who wins the west?

Toledo wins west. BG wins east because you always reload. Toledo wins tourney and makes it to the Sweet 16 in NCAA tournament

I think Central Michigan wins the West in a dogfight with Toledo. BG wins the East with a major challenge from Miami. Who wins MAC Tournament? Who knows? I think at least 5 teams have a legitimate chance at winning MAC Tournament. All this could change once the season begins. Injuries can play a major part in how a season progresses. See Naama Shafir and Rachel Tecca last year. Toledo needs to prove that they can win MAC Tournament. They haven't been able to in the recent past even when they were the number 1 seed. Winning games in the NCAA Tournament is different than winning games in the WNIT. You won't be at home unless you host and any MAC team will probably be a double digit seed. All in all I expect an exciting year in the MAC. Lots of new coaches so there are lots of variables this year. I can't wait for it to begin.

CMU is gonna be a tough team again this year...I am glad they're in the West. ut will be a major force in the West as well. I like BG in the East but keep an eye on Akron...Jodi Kest has steadily built the Zips over the last few years and I think they make a big move this year. Akron has given BG everything and more the last couple seasons. They could have a break out year. Miami is the other contender in the East.

Central Michigan should win the West. If that team can keep their heads they will be hard to beat. Toledo will be strong but Central is more athletic. BG will win the East. Akron is an up and coming program. Getting Tecca back this year will be huge. I feel better about the Falcons now that they have another point guard. I did not want Jasmine to have to change her position. She will have a big year. Can't wait to the start of the season.

CMU looks awfully tough if they don't implode. Miami simply folded the tents in last year's MAC tourney. Toledo has some guns in the freshman class and a couple redshirts- should be more athletic than last year-if we replace Courtney Ingersoll's three point shooting we'll be better, even if Naama is not 100% BG has a lot to contend with-new coach etc but has some players for sure and the East looks weaker than the West-does Buffalo return their big gun? she was awfully good.

She gave her all while here at BG. It is time for her to do what is best for her. She will always be a Falcon inside and out. I wish her the best.
