Luckily for Clapper she is just a freshman and has plenty of time to heal and still have a great career. What would have really been rough for her is if she had hurt herself in a year or two when it could have interrupted crucial playing time.
Yeah right girl!

Well it's good that she's just a Freshman and that she has plenty of time left in her colligiate career, but it's bad because it's never good to see someone get injured. I wish her the best of luck in her recovery and hopefully it doesn't hurt our depth at all.

Is there any chance of Clapper getting a medical redshirt? Or has she played too much already for that to happen?

With the PT that the freshmen have gotten this year I would say that there is no hope for a medical RS. I just wish Sarah a speedy recovery.

I do find it odd that this is the second player who has torn her ACL this year. I don't know if there can be any other explanation other than chance, but it will sure be odd to see two players in wheelchairs at games in a couple of weeks.

Damn!!! :x :smt078 This not good. We need all the good luck we can get if we are to remain undfeated in Mac play. With Carin having leg soreness , Lindsey is going to have to play even more and may be Ali will have to play some more SF in games and maybe Breske and Bugher will have to get some more time as well. We gotta keep these seniors fresh for this long tough stretch.

I heard Whit tell someone after the game Saturday that the only reason she was in a wheelchair was because it was more comfortable for her than sitting on the bench since she wasn't able to put any weight on her knee yet. Her surgery went really well, she was just really sore and not able to weight any weight on it yet as of Saturday.
