One thing for sure is this, Kate Achter was simply a stud PG. Her court vision is what made her so good aside from her athletic skills. Pontius has all the physical tools has the 3pt shot that Kate never did but seems to be behind in the court vision department. She may just need more time to get things worked out and for the game to slow down for her in her mind. The refs last night were absolutely abysmal IMO ,but we did not shoot well enough either. We also couldn't stop Valpo from hitting any 3 they wanted. Our overall D and rebounding must get better. I'm not panicking and neither should anyone else. I'm miffed at 0-2 right now too but Miller will get this team back on track , it just might take some patience which we all know is hard to exercise.
