I hate to burst anyone's bubble, but it looks like the straight fan vote isn't going to necessarily mean that Coach Roos wins. I noticed this in the portion which gives more info on the award/selection process.

Key Dates are as follows:
March 10th – March 25th Nominations accepted from coaches only
March 30th 20 Semi-Finalists named (both Men’s and Women’s)
March 30th – April 15th Votes accepted to determine Finalists
April 20th 10 Finalists will be announced (Men’s and Women’s)
May 4th Announcements of the winners begin

The way I read that, it looks as though we are voting to put her in as a finalist. On the bright side, should another coach gets a big surge in voting, and overtakes Coach Roos, it may not mean that she is out of the running for the award.

Need to get others to vote as she is in second place now, 34 votes behind Jackie Smith Carson of James Madison.

She is clearly the logical candidate should the Akron job ever come open.
