Well I just about hit OU's total on the dot, ours was a bit on the small side but the game progressed kinda how I figured it would, with us coming out a bit disjointed after a week off, but asserting our authority in the 2nd half.

We're two games away now. On to Friday and Buffalo/Central Michigan. Roll Along!

As a former basketball player I can tell you it is so much harder to shoot a ball with 20-30 rows of seat and a wall 30 feet behind the basket than it is with a basket with a painted wall 5 feet behind the basket. That is what makes AA a shooters gym. When you have walls that close to the basket the rim looks 5 times bigger and it is easier to shoot.

BG did not participate in the shoot around today. The shoot around was scheduled from 630 to 700 this morning. Coach Miller let the players sleep in rather than waking them up at 5am for a 30 min shoot-a-round. It took the team a while to get used to the shoot environment. Even shooting FTs are harder in a larger arena as evident by TP and LP struggles.

You should see a much better effort on Friday. Plus both UB and CMU play up tempo which will help BG.

OMG!!!! I am sitting near the UT radio announcer and I have had problems with him in the past. I may get thrown out of this arena if he keeps it up. He said UT has the swagger. He said BG looked the worst he has seen him in his broadcasting career. He said BG fans were worried. He said BG didn't have a good fan showing. WTF!!!!! Still 25 min from tip off but there were more BG fans than UT fans here now! This guy is a joke!!!! I am going to speak up. I may wait until halftime. But with the arena being quiet I can hear what this joker is saying and each minute I am getting pissed off. Part of me wants UT to lose to Akron and I think they will. Part of me wants UT to win so BG has the chance to shove it down UT throat. As I type this joker said UT has the MACs best coaching staff. Just because Cullop is COY doesn't make UT having the best coaching staff. This guy is a tool!!

Too noisy to hear him broadcast now. I am sure he is complaining about something. But I enjoy watching UT struggle. You don't always play your best in the first half of a game after a week off.

I predicted an Akron upset. I said Akron would win by 3. Currently Akron is up by 3. Akron has 3 starters with 4 fouls!! OUCH. Total fouls for the second half 11-3

UT pulling away thanks to the ref's whistle. 14-4 foul differential in second half. 4 of 5 Akron starters have 4 fouls.

EDIT: 1 starter has fouled out. 16 second half fouls. Simply ridiculous.

Jealousy is such an ugly thing....BG has THEE best coaching staff by a country mile and this tool can't handle the fact we own this conference in women's hoops.

Let's hope BG and ut end up in the final again this year...and we can sit near this clod. LOL!
