Yeah, very on brand. There was no need to post that photo. The simple player photo from the athletic website would have been all they needed.

DVDM says they have had over 800 students request free tickets for tonight’s game and they are on pace to have over 4000 people at the game.

Should be so, so awesome. I’m jealous of anyone that’s going - get loud tonight!

Very impressed with the way DVDM is promoting this to students...getting people with BGSU roots...like Curt Miller...to underwrite student tickets.

I have a lot of optimism that he's going to be the guy who changes the culture in the department

Seems like a great guy who honestly wants to make things better. He didn't just take a photo-op with the students last game, he stayed there with them pretty much the whole game.

Honest question. Has the Stroh ever had a sellout for a BGSU game?

I don't think the women's team has. The men's team has had a few over the years, most memorably the back-to-back games against Buffalo and Toledo.

Attended more games than any responsible student should have.

Noticed in a video on the team's Twitter account that Elissa Brett is wearing a protective face mask during warmups. Must have done a bit of damage with that punch. If it was just a basic black eye it might have been a little tender for a couple of days, but likely wouldn't require extra protection. Hopefully she is comfortable enough with it to play her normal game.

Noticed that too. Also noticed the absence of Hampton as well.

Brett officially wearing a mask tonight, while Hampton is not going through warmups with the team.

Rough start. After getting the first bucket, Florida is on a 9-0 run. BG not hustling back after turnovers like you would expect them to. I’m a little bit worried we’re gassed already.

Great crowd. Let’s give them something to cheer about.

We are really struggling from the field, but we’re battling.

Florida leads 14-11 late in the 1st quarter.
