.......there alot of 'over the back' calls not getting called. I can recall two specific occasions where Toledo was over our back and Coach Miller was stomping.

There is NO SUCH RULE in the rule book.

Correct - it's called the "principle of verticality." It's a principle where there is a plane that extends vertically from the player's feet to the ceiling. Another player may break that plane with no foul unless they make contact. If they make contact, then it is a foul. Trust me, as a referee myself, that rule and the clarification of block/charge is the first thing they cover in officiating sessions.

I just went over to the UT message boards and they are talking about how UT would be better in playing in the WNIT and winning the National title of the WNIT rather than be one and done in the dig dance.

Yeah being the #65 ranked team is better than being one of the best 64

And they think getting this far will give them an assured birth next year. Boy do they need to do their research
