Anybody else feel a little more secure about the post-junior-class era?

Way to take care of business and whomp on a bad team. Think the ladies were happy about getting ranked?

I assume you're getting that from the ESPN scoreboard -- they're a little off. They often are with smaller conference scores by half.

I think the actual halftime score was something like 35-17? Still a very impressive showing on the road.

I don't mean to pick on you but I'm just going to use this as an example. Sorry in advance.

Can we PLEASE keep the men's team bashing out of the women's victory threads? Thanks.

Glad you made that post - I was about to do the same.

Seriously, lets enjoy the ride the women are taking us on right now without bashing the men's team. The men's team, I'm sure, is happy as hell of the success of the ladies. There is no competition between the two.

Can't find stats yet, anyone got 'em?

Big win that will only help our ranking. A blow out is just what we needed.

It was actually 35-17 at half, not 24-9. It's a typo on the ESPN scoreboard. Watching the Syracuse-Cincinnati game, it was fun seeing the score pop up every few minutes on the ESPN 2 bottom line as all women's Top 25 scores do, but even with that they had it with 8 mins to go in the first half for almost 45 mins. It just looks like ESPN wasn't ready for a MAC team to be ranked, their updates on TV and online left alot to be desired.

On that note, I can't wait for tomorrow's Tennesee-Georgia game on ESPN 2, because in the studio they have the top 25 logos circle on a screen in the back. Can't wait to see the Falcon head at 25 right before Duke at #1. GO FALCONS!
