It would appear that he got a little shakey in the middle, but overall, he could still whoop my a$$.

I do...he sucks at foul shots! Move him out to the 3-line and that would have been a different contest

Actually, that is a weird feeling shooting out here. The arena is huge compared to any court I've ever shot on before. With the clear backboard, it made the rim seemed a lot closer but I just shot like I learned how...oh well. I can't believe I missed so many at first though, I'm usually a good 8 for 10 from the line every time I step up.

You should leave the personal comments out of it, Saxy!

Yeah, the Q is different from any other arena I've been in. The clear backboards wouldn't be so bad except that there is tons and tons of space behind the backboards, which can mess up your far perception. It's not like Anderson Arena where you have the bleachers and the wall right behind the backboards. When the women played Kent State earlier this year at AA, I got to play knockout at halftime, and I ended up winning. (Totally cool by the way) Contrast this with the post-game foul shooting that often takes place at the Q after cavaliers games. I've done this many times, and more often than not I brick one, and I even air-balled once, which was completely embarrassing.

Metz was robbed! I kept yelling for him to back up, but did he listen????
He was smooth though, once he got going.

I think the other people were rebounding quicker and he got more chance.

Hey- I was proud of you!

They were actually pissing me off there. They kept putting the balls at the back of the rack instead of directly to my right so I would lose sight of the basket when I'd turn. Oh well!

I agree. With my less than stellar and rather embarassing performance during the Toledo game, they weren't rebounding fast enough. They should have just handed the balls to me rather than putting them on the rack. As I told the people I was with, we had to let Toledo win at something and it was better that contest than the game.
