BG in West Lafayette

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but BGSU athletic teams have had some good success in West Lafayette in recent memory. The men's basketball team knocked off the Boilermakers in the '96-'97 season and of course the football team beat Purdue in '03. Maybe some karma for the Lady Falcons to build on heading over there to face UCLA and possibly the hometown Lady Boilers in round two.

yes BG always wins here!!!!!!!!! keep the streak alive cause i finally get to see my 1st ever BG womens basketball game and i want to see them take on PU in round 2!

Just as a point about Purdue.....when we went for the football game, my girlfriend wanted me to get her a pair of ass shorts...you know where they write something on the ass so someone will check it out....
I just couldnt fathom buying shorts that read PU on the ass.....the other option was BOILERMAKERS...and it is simply not flattering if that fits on your ass!

We also beat Purdue in football back in 1972 as well as the time in 2003. Those were the only two games in the series, and both times Purdue was ranked and both games were played in West Lafayette, Indiana. We should schedule them every year.
