Falcons explode in win at Miami...

BG led Miami 2-0 going into the 6th inning and promptly ripped the Redhawks for 8 runs in 2 innnings, winning BiG 10-0!

Once again, Liz Vrable was outstanding firing a complete game, 4 hit shut out. Abby Habicht and Gina Rango homered in the victory, as BG banged out 13 hits on the afternoon.

With BG's win today and Akron's loss to Kent State at home, the Falcons take over 1st in the East at 9-3 MAC...the Zips are 8-4 MAC.

BG is 26-16 overall and will host Oakland for a DH Tuesday and then has a 4 game homestand next weekend. BG will host CMU for a DH on Friday followed by single games vs EMU Sat and Sun. I think we'll head over to the game Sat following the Spring Game.
