I just joined Ay-Ziggy-Zoomba.com and wanted to encourage everyone to PLEASE come out to the matches this fall. :D The whole team is really excited this should be a GREAT season!!! Very cool, Stephanie! Best of luck to the team this year. I know there are a many of us here that hold Coach Van De Walle in the highest regard and she has had a great deal of success at BG. She is a huge asset to BG Volleyball and the BGSU community.

I live in the Akron area so it's difficult for me to get to home matches...especially during football season as I've had season tickets for football since 1996...and go to most of the road games as well.

I've marked the calendar for 9/16-You are playing in a YSU tourney that Friday and Saturday and football is playing in Florida.

10/21-At Akron...no football that day

11/10-At Kent.....no football that day.

While I can't make any home matches, I can certainly lend support on the road. Look for my sons and me at these matches and my son Jake will be happy to supply his world famous Falcon Screech when a point is won.

GO VOLLEYBALL!!

Well thanks for your support we really appreciate it, we'll be looking for you in the stands. The game in Youngstown on the 16th will be special that will be my 21st birthday and since I can't really have a party or presents I'm looking for some big wins to start off the season.

Coach is a real asset to this program and we really respect the way she runs things. You don't find many coaches like her, we're very lucky. :-) We feel like we're getting the program back where it needs to be. We had a very strong spring schedule and we've all been trainging hard this summer playing as much as we can. You'll see our speed of game has really picked up and with Chrissy Gothke our lone senior running the offense it's going to be hard to stop us.

:D :D :D :D

That would be awesome!!! I was looking for a cool banner etc to download haha!! :D If anyone would like to know anything about the team or the up coming season I'll be happy to answer what ever I can. As most of you probably saw on the volleyball website Coach Van De Walle just returned from Europe where she was attempting to qualify for the 2008 Para Olympics with the women's sitting volleyball team. After a dissapointing loss the team did not qualify, but have another shot in March of 2007 right here in the USA!!!

As promised. . .
