Did she pitch for BG? I think she just joined my divisio (bean counter).

She just graduated recently.

No, she did not pitch for BGSU. She was a very good pitcher at Perrysburg, and had opportunities to play D-1 but decided she didn't want to endure the grind of that level. Went to a D-3 school in Illinois for 2 years (all league), but due to a bad ankle injury, she ended up with a career ending shoulder injury. She then transferred to BG to complete her degree. If you work for a certain insurance company in the Cleveland area, she works there, too.

Well, they call it working. I call it playing on boats with pay.

Thanks for the info. She just transferred in and I overheard a softball discussion (we're playing [read: demolishing] IT in softball at the annual picnic) in the middle of cubical heaven. I knew she graduated from BGSU recently, but wasn't sure if she played.

Seems like a nice girl who fits in with all the other females on the floor who play poker, follow and play sports, and bar hop with the best of them. They're also [expletive] brilliant. Ticks me off, really.
