BG won 1-0 as Freshman Samantha Bland headed home a free kick with just 47 seconds left in regulation! The lone SR on the team, Lindsay Carter, was honored before the game on "Senior Day". With the win, BG improves to 9-9, 6-4 MAC and clinched a berth in the MAC Tourney for the 5th consecutive year. Coach Richards has done an excellent job again this year getting a solid record out of a very young team...against a challenging schedule as well.
The regular season ends this Thursday with that team up north coming down to Cochrane Field for a 3pm kickoff.
