Plain Dealer article about the akron game

The PD barely has articles about the CSU, Kent St., or Akron men's teams but this is the 5th time this season that the BGSU women have had some sort of write up. They've definitely caught the eye of the Sports Editor here.

This was a great quote from Jodi Kest, Akron's head coach:
"Their defensive effort, we weren't ready for tonight. That was a huge difference. They played like a championship team from beginning to end. We aren't as bad as we played tonight. That was Bowling Green."

There was a real nice article in today's Akron Beacon Journal about the game. The story started on the front page and included a couple of pix...one of Liz harassing Riana Miller into a TO.
Last night's defensive effort was the best I've seen in a long, long time.
GO FALCONS! THRASH THE BULLS! Or would that be the "Bullets"?

I was just waiting for someone to get all "scientific" on this!!
