Just like football. Soccer beat NIU 2-1 Friday and tied WMU today, 2-2. WMU led 2-0 with less than 14 min left and the Falcons staged a furious comeback before more than 500 fans at Cochrane Field. BG is now 6-10-2, 4-5-2 MAC. Here's the deal. The Falcons travel to UT Thursday to close out the MAC sked. The winner advances to the MAC tourney, the loser doesn't. IF there is a tie, Buffalo will sneak into the tourney and neither BG nor UT makes the tourney. BG will also play at Wright State Sat to close the regular season.
