Western NY Alumni Gathering on 2/17

WNY BG Alums and friends, On February 17th at UB alumni arena we will be holding a BG alumni gathering at the BG/UB womens game and the subsequent UB/Detroit mens basketball ESPN bracket buster game. Our nationally ranked women (17th in the country at last glance) will play UB starting at 5p.m. to be followed by the UB/Detroit game.
The BG men are in town on the 13th but with it being a mid-week game and the great success of our women I felt the Saturday event would be our best opportunity to get as many alums as we could to attend.
I have set aside reserved seats in section 206 for the doubleheader basketball games at UB's Alumni arena for us. The BG Alum price is $14 a $6 discount off the event price. The nationally ranked Bowling Green women will play UB at 5p.m. followed by the UB men against Detroit in an ESPN bracket buster game at 7p.m.
You can get your tickets by calling the Alumni arena at 716 645-6666 and touch 6 for the box office and tell them you are a BG Alum and part of our group. You can also pick them up in person at Alumni arena which is just west of UB stadium and the box office is located at the west end of the arena. Also give them the information as a BG Alum and section 206. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. You will not receive the discount price and you will also pay a service charge. Purchasing your tickets in advance even if you pick them up at will call on game day is best because of the doubleheader event and reserved seat availability.
