ESPN is sending their primary announce team to Greensboro!! Mike Patrick and Doris Burke are calling the game.
I don't know if that is a really big deal.....but it's just another really cool thing...among many cool things that have happened on this wonderful journey.

Wow, that's cool. I figured at best we'd be getting Nancy Lieberman and Dave Revsine. Beats some of the CBS announce teams.

NL would be ok because I think she's pretty much openly rooting for BG.

However, listening to Revsine is just a little bit more difficult than listening to, oh, say, fingernails on a chalkboard.
Patrick calls a really good game and if BG hangs in there, or is in the lead, he will make it even more exciting. He loves an underdog....unless they play Duke.

My daughter just told me that she read that the "sideline" reporter will be Holly (can't think of her last name), the same sideline reporter for both of BG's recent bowl wins. Maybe she will bring some good karma to the ladies!

I'll take the karma if we can't have Erin Andrews...

The noon start time of this game will have some impact on my wife and me since we leave for L.Vegas tomorrow, a trip we both need after the impact of my dad's passing this past week. The time difference mean an early rise to see the ladies take on A.State, but after the last two games, it'll be worth it, no matter the outcome... Go BG!!!!!
